WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE TIME?
Many providers guarantee a 20 minute response time; at times this is possible and it may even be less: however you must consider certain factors like traffic, road closures, diversions, driving conditions, and the location of alarm activation which could affect the response times.
A frequent occurrence which can cause delays out of our control is the response time of an engineer from your 3rd party alarm company to fix or reset the alarm system. In these cases we can work with you to set contingencies for how this can be handled to reduce costs for you.
We will do everything practicable to be onsite asap and we will always communicate with you regarding delays if they occur.
